How do I place a Call and Register with your Web
Site?
Find an available
Advisor with whom you'd like to speak. You can locate an
Available Advisor by doing the following:
1. Clicking
on an Advisor(s) Call Button (which is located next to their
Personal Listing). All Advisor Call Buttons show your Favorite
Advisor(s) Status in Real Time: (Green = Call Now), (Red = Busy on a Call) and (Yellow = Away).
Once you find the
Advisor of your choice, you will then be prompted to Register with
our Partner Click4Advisor. In order to complete your Call, you
must Register and add Money into your Account. You can
Register by clicking here.
Your phone will
ring, and the Advisor's phone will ring. You will then be
instantly connected to your chosen Advisor. Please know that
as your session comes to a close, you will receive a one minute
warning. At that time you will be able to
recharge your account to continue your call, or end your call.
When your call is
over, you will have the capability of leaving written
feedback. Please do so in your Click4Advisor User Account.
If your Advisor is
not Available (Yellow = Away), you can "Submit a Call Back", "Request an Appointment", or "Email" your Advisor. These great Features make it easier to keep in touch
with your Favorite Advisor 24/7!
Who pays for
a call?
The person who
places the call pays the advisor's per minute rate charge.
How much
does it cost to speak with an advisor?
Advisors set their
own per minute rates. Their per minute rates are displayed inside of their Call Button. To view an Advisor's per minute rate, click on their Call Button.
What if an
advisor isn't available or busy?
If the Advisor you wish to speak with is Not Available (Yellow = Away) or Busy (Red = Busy on a Call), simply click on their Call Button. From here you can "Submit a Call Back", "Request an Appointment", or Email your advisor.
How do I use
your Toll Free Number to call an Advisor?
In order to use
our Toll Free Number, you must first Register with our Partner
Click4Advisor. You may Register by clicking here. You will
then have to deposit funds into your personal account.
When calling
the Toll Free Number you must have your Dial-In ID #
(which was issued to you when you first registered) and the
Advisor's ID # . You can find an Advisor's Id # located inside of their Call Button.
